Canceling a Previously Approved Court Order
What an Order Must Indicate
Any order attempting to cancel an existing Retirement Benefits Court Order (RBCO) or Child Support Court Order (CSCO) must:
- Specifically state that it nullifies or vacates the previously qualified order.
- Provide a way to identify the previous Court Order, such as a date when it was signed by the court.

General Information on Special Situations
If the payee has already requested a total distribution under a TSP Court Order, the canceling order will be denied.
