The Court Order Center can help you understand and complete the process for a:

• Retirement Benefits Court Order (RBCO)--A RBCO instructs the plan administrator that a portion of an employee's retirement benefit will be distributed to another individual due to a divorce, separation, or another domestic relations proceeding.
• Child Support Court Order (CSCO)--A CSCO instructs the plan to pay a portion of an employee's retirement benefit to fulfill a child support obligation.
